Annual Meeting
The annual ABASM Meeting is held each year at the beginning of November. The meeting will have a Friday night session and an all day Saturday session. The meeting will have a keynote speaker and both oral and poster sessions. ​​

We are pleased to announce the Call for Abstracts for the Annual ABASM Meeting, which will take place on November 6th and 7th, 2026.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
We invite submissions of original research abstracts for consideration in one of the following formats:

Oral Presentations

Poster Presentations
Submission Instructions
Abstracts will be pasted directly into the form and should should be 350 words or less.

Maximum 300 words
-
Title, authors, and affiliations clearly stated
-
Background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions

Travel Fund Applications Now Open
We are pleased to offer a limited number of travel grants to support participants who may face financial barriers to attending the conference. Priority will be given to students, early-career researchers, and attendees from 2-year colleges.
